Roush is hiring a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for its Advanced Engineering department. The role translates customer needs into design requirements, develops mechanical systems from concept through prototype, manages CAD resources, conducts hardware testing, validates designs with computer-aided engineering, documents project status, and mentors team members. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, at least four years of automotive, aerospace, or related experience, and expertise in mechanical systems, DFMEA, DVP&R, DFM, FEA, troubleshooting, and teamwork.
