Description
The Senior Mechanical Designer is a senior project-team member who creates trade-specific mechanical schematics and layouts, performs surveys, calculations, equipment selections, and layouts, and supports all project phases. The role includes construction-administration activities such as reviewing shop drawings, conducting field observations, preparing reports, and serving as Job Captain for project documentation and issuance. The position requires at least four years of mechanical design experience, a four-year engineering degree, advanced HVAC and AutoCAD/REVIT proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
