Description
Teague is hiring a Senior Mechanical Designer for a contract lasting 6+ weeks in the Greater Seattle Area. The role leads mechanical design of interior components, systems, and structures for aircraft and other mobility products, translating ambiguous requirements into manufacturable solutions while collaborating with clients, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include 3D CAD modeling, structural and materials analysis, design reviews, documentation, supplier coordination, and mentoring junior designers. The position follows a hybrid model with 1–2 days per week in the office and requires 5+ years of mechanical or product design experience, with aerospace, transportation, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
