LaBella Associates is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer, or a mid-level mechanical engineer ready to advance, for its Buildings Engineering Division in Richmond, Virginia. The role leads and delivers HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and fire protection engineering designs, studies, reports, fieldwork, and construction administration for building projects. Responsibilities include supervising mechanical project teams, managing project budgets and schedules, advising clients on design alternatives and costs, preparing proposals, supporting business development, and mentoring junior engineers. Preferred qualifications include 10 years of experience at an architectural/engineering services firm, a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, a Virginia Professional Engineer license, and proficiency with Revit or AutoCAD.
