Description
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the design, development, analysis, testing, and implementation of complex mechanical and electromechanical products and projects. Responsibilities include creating models, drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation; mentoring engineering staff; coordinating cross-functional teams; supporting manufacturability and production ramp-up; and managing projects on time and within budget. The role requires a master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a bachelor’s degree plus seven years of experience, at least five years of mechanical engineering experience, SolidWorks proficiency, and familiarity with dynamics, kinematics, materials, heat transfer, thermodynamics, vibrations, and continuous-improvement methodologies.
