Machina Labs is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer – Aerospace & Defense to lead mechanical design from concept through production release for structural defense products, including missile, hypersonic, UAV, and aerospace metallic structures. The role owns CAD models, drawings, assemblies, documentation, PDM workflows, configuration management, engineering standards, GD&T, DFM, and design reviews, while mentoring manufacturing, process, and applications engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least five years of mechanical design or product development experience, advanced CAD proficiency, and the ability to work onsite in engineering and manufacturing environments.
