AECOM Buildings + Places Canada is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design and construction administration for commercial, institutional, and light industrial buildings. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, controls, equipment selection, calculations, vendor coordination, site inspections, and coordination with other disciplines. It is based in the Burnaby, British Columbia office with hybrid work and possible travel to nearby cities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, at least six years of relevant design experience, and a British Columbia P.Eng. in good standing; sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available.
