AECOM is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design and construction administration for commercial, institutional, light industrial, water, wastewater, and sewage lift-station projects. The role is based in the Edmonton, Alberta office with hybrid work opportunities and occasional travel. Responsibilities include HVAC, controls, plumbing, and fire-protection design; calculations and analysis; code compliance; specifications; site inspections; reporting; business development; and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and at least six years of relevant experience, with P.Eng. registration, consulting engineering, sustainability, and government-clearance experience preferred. Canadian employment authorization sponsorship is not available.
