Description
AST SpaceMobile is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support satellite Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE). The role leads mechanical design and modeling of subsystems and payloads, prepares preliminary designs and documentation, supports AIT activities, and contributes to structural decisions and engineering trade-offs. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field and at least six years of hands-on experience in spacecraft mechanical systems; CAD, PDM/PLM, GDIT, and FEM skills are preferred.
