CHAOS Industries is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, package, integrate, and qualify ruggedized sensor systems, avionics, electronic hardware, and related mission-critical systems for dual-use aerospace and defense applications. The role covers the full product lifecycle, including mechanical design, CAD, structural and thermal analysis, prototyping, testing, qualification, production transition, and sustainment. It is a full-time, on-site position in El Segundo, California, requiring a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of relevant experience, CAD proficiency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. The stated base salary range is $140,000 to $176,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits fully paid by the company.
