The role involves producing and signing off project deliverables, pursuing new business opportunities, assisting with proposals and fee estimates, mentoring junior engineers, managing project value and risk, supporting budgets, ensuring health and safety compliance, and participating in site surveys. Candidates need a bachelor of engineering degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, at least 8 years of engineering design experience in mining, heavy industrial, or related industries, and a P.Eng designation.
