Description
Sedgman is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer for its Vancouver office to lead mechanical design and technical direction across mining and heavy-industrial projects. The role covers plant layouts, equipment selection, piping and pumping systems, detailed engineering, vendor coordination, construction and commissioning support, quality control, RFI responses, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, at least 10 years of relevant experience, prior mining infrastructure experience, Professional Engineer registration, and eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship. The salary range is $140,000–$170,000.
