Description
Endurance is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to own and deliver critical mechanical systems for modular subsea geothermal power plants. The role covers first-principles analysis, pressure-tolerant hardware, structural and thermal systems, sealing and corrosion mitigation, CAD design, prototyping, qualification testing, failure investigation, and collaboration with fabricators, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Candidates need at least six years of experience designing complex mechanical systems in demanding environments, strong hardware ownership, CAD proficiency, and the ability to debug failures and work hands-on in laboratory or shop settings.
