Description
The Senior Mechanical Engineer evaluates plant machines for reliability and effectiveness, supports machine-center operations, plans preventative and predictive maintenance, coordinates overhauls and downtime repairs, leads new-system commissioning, and drives process, Lean, GMP, 5S, and reliability improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, experience with high-speed manufacturing, dairy processing, and packaging, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production facility. It is based in Goodyear, Arizona, reports to the Engineering & Reliability Manager, Processing, requires 15% travel, and offers a base salary of $100,000–$130,000 USD.
