Fisica Inc. is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer for its Randtron business unit in San Leandro, California, on a 100% onsite schedule. The role leads the design and development of complex mechanical systems for advanced antenna products, owns the full product lifecycle, develops CAD models and technical data, performs mechanical analysis, oversees testing, resolves technical problems, mentors engineers, and coordinates with customers and suppliers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least six years of relevant experience or four years with a graduate degree, CAD and GD&T proficiency, and project leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include aerospace or defense experience, Windchill PDM, ANSYS FEA, design for manufacturing, composites and fabrication experience, and RF or antenna design familiarity. The salary range is $100,000 to $185,500, with benefits including a 401(k) match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and paid paternal leave.
