Description
Flo-Optics is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design projects from concept through production, validate designs through analysis and simulation, collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams, prepare engineering documentation, mentor junior engineers, and improve existing mechanical systems. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least eight years of mechanical engineering design and development experience, CAD proficiency, knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, project leadership experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
