Description
INX International is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Engineering team. The successful candidate will manage facility and manufacturing improvement projects, develop plans, produce project budgets, and conduct ROI calculations. They will also support the maintenance department in troubleshooting building and equipment repairs, test new equipment, modify existing processes, and train employees. The role involves working with operations management to refine process and equipment work instructions, ensuring compliance with codes, reporting activities, initiating documentation for capital projects, and supporting new equipment and processes with in-house training.
