Description
Karman Industries is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, analysis, qualification, prototyping, testing, and production of electric heat pumps and thermal systems for industrial process heat electrification. The role owns mechanical and thermal hardware, including structural and turbomachinery systems, CAD assemblies, performance modeling, compliance, manufacturing support, and cross-functional product development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace, physics, or a related discipline, at least three years of mechanical hardware design experience, strong CAD skills, and hands-on hardware development experience.
