CMTA is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer for its Energy Solutions team in Media, Pennsylvania. The role leads energy performance contracting projects from client engagement and project development through design, construction, commissioning, measurement and verification, and closeout. Responsibilities include client education, business development, facility assessments, energy analyses, engineering design, bidding, procurement, project execution, and M&V reporting. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, strong mechanical systems and energy conservation knowledge, and client-facing project leadership skills. A PE license or ability to obtain one is preferred, and the position is onsite with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
