Description
The Senior Mechanical Engineer serves as a senior project leader and second-in-command to the Associate, supervising design professionals and leading mechanical design, schematics, layouts, calculations, selections, construction administration, shop drawings, field observations, and reports. The role requires at least eight years of design experience, including two years as a Lead Designer, four years leading engineering projects, a four-year engineering degree, a professional engineering license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and REVIT. Responsibilities also include project management, client and stakeholder communication, business development, financial management, and staff development.
