Description
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will own mechanical subsystems for a core ocean technology product, from requirements and architecture through CAD design, trade studies, material selection, testing, fabrication, commissioning, and deployment. The role requires extensive component and assembly design experience, 5+ years of 3D CAD modeling, structural analysis, FEA, and a work history spanning multiple design, build, test, and deployment cycles. The position is full-time and on-site in Portland, Oregon, with compensation of $150,000–$225,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
