The role independently manages complex mechanical engineering projects from start to finish, including defining scope, preparing designs and studies, analyzing existing systems, coordinating with clients and design professionals, reviewing project documents and budgets, supervising project teams, and mentoring junior staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, 7–10+ years of MEP design experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and design/calculation software, strong knowledge of building codes and construction processes, and effective client and communication skills.
