The role represents the firm with clients and project teams, develops designs, specifications, system narratives and layouts, coordinates with other consultants, supervises construction administration, and supports technical leadership, training, and mentoring. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with a hybrid schedule of nine office hours Monday through Thursday and four remote hours on Friday. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, at least eight years of consulting experience, three years of supervisory experience, PE licensure, and hands-on design and CAD/REVIT experience. The Boston pay range is $110,784 to $166,176 USD.
