McKim & Creed is hiring a Lead Mechanical Engineer for its Building, Energy and Infrastructure Group in Clearwater, Florida. The role leads multi-discipline mechanical design projects for healthcare, educational, institutional, government, commercial, and industrial facilities; produces construction drawings and specifications; acts as client interface and Engineer of Record; evaluates and assesses mechanical systems; and coordinates with other disciplines and clients. The position requires current Florida PE licensure, Florida-based project experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, 8–15 years of applicable experience, significant Autodesk REVIT experience, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, ASHRAE knowledge, field surveying ability, and availability to work in the Clearwater office at least three days per week.
