Description
RIVR, part of Amazon is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to own the mechanical architecture, physical packaging, and harness routing strategy for power distribution boards and control systems. The role leads clean-sheet design of electronic enclosures, thermal management, structural and electromagnetic considerations, testing, manufacturing handoff, and supplier DFM/DFA activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent experience, at least six years of hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assemblies, enclosures, and wire harnesses, and proficiency with CAD, simulation, PLM, and manufacturing technologies.
