Description
The company is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Structures to own the end-to-end design, analysis, development, testing, and deployment of Node structures and subsystems for demanding offshore ocean environments. The role covers structural and dynamic analysis, CAD modeling, manufacturing and corrosion-conscious detailing, validation testing, design reviews, and mentoring, and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field plus at least five years of experience designing complex mechanical or structural systems. The position is full-time, on-site in Portland, Oregon, with cash compensation of $160,000–$210,000 and equity.
