Array Tech, Inc. is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer – Sustaining to lead tracker product improvements, redesigns, root-cause analyses, and engineering change requests. The role covers product roadmaps, CAD and SolidWorks design, FEA, DFMA, design validation, testing, reliability, safety, and cross-functional program management, with occasional evening and weekend hours and travel to project sites, labs, and suppliers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar discipline, 10+ years of mechanical component and systems development experience, and extensive experience with FEA, DFMA, CAD, design validation, and stage-gate product development.
