Description
The Senior Mechanical Estimation Engineer leads mechanical cost estimation for data center projects during tendering and bidding. The role includes reviewing tender documents and drawings, preparing quantity take-offs and BOQs for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations, conducting cost analysis and value engineering, coordinating with design, procurement, and operations teams, participating in client and consultant meetings and site visits, submitting technical and commercial tender packages, maintaining pricing databases, and supporting bid strategy, negotiations, and post-award handover.
