TCOM is hiring a Senior Mechanical Packaging Engineer Lead to lead a team of mechanical engineers in designing lightweight electrical assemblies for avionics applications, including space-constrained enclosures, structural and thermal analysis, manufacturing support, and testing. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least ten years of engineering experience, manufacturing and first-article build experience, strong communication and mentoring skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Occasional travel to TCOM’s North Carolina facility may be required, and the salary range is $129,373 to $180,760 with potential discretionary bonuses and benefits.
