The successful candidate will utilize extensive mechanical design experience to oversee all aspects of building design and construction, ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Responsibilities include performing design calculations, evaluating existing systems, developing design concepts, writing project specifications, conducting energy payback analyses, managing project staff and budgets, coordinating with other trades, and mentoring junior designers.
