Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Systems Coordinator for a major infrastructure project in Dresden. The role coordinates mechanical work packages, serves as the contact between planning, construction management, subcontractors, and the client, resolves technical clashes, reviews shop drawings, supports claim management, prepares management reports, and monitors deadlines and construction progress. The assignment is freelance-preferred, can be employment-based, lasts 15 months, starts as soon as possible, requires 45 hours per week, and requires 100% on-site work in Dresden. Applicants need a technical degree or comparable qualification in building services engineering, several years of professional experience, and fluent German and English.
