Description
The Senior Mechanical Technician maintains and optimizes refinery and utilities equipment, performing installation, alignment, repair, overhaul, troubleshooting, and preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rotating and stationary systems. The role leads or assists with complex mechanical projects, conducts root-cause analysis, collaborates with engineering and operations, maintains CMMS records, supports continuous improvement, and mentors junior personnel. It requires 7–10+ years of maintenance or millwright experience in an industrial, refinery, or utilities environment, along with precision alignment, technical-drawing, troubleshooting, and safety skills.
