Senior Mechanical Technician — Hardware Engineering at QuEra Computing

QuEra Computing is hiring a Senior Mechanical Technician to fabricate, assemble, test, troubleshoot, and maintain the mechanical and fluid systems of its quantum-computer hardware. The role owns the mechanical development room and machine shop, supports contract-manufacturer builds, develops fixtures and work instructions, inspects incoming and first-article parts, and mentors junior technicians and engineering co-ops. Candidates need at least seven years of precision-mechanical experience, mill and fluid-systems skills, leak-testing ability, and strong documentation and communication skills. The position pays $125,000 or more annually and includes equity grants.
