Lockheed Martin Australia is hiring a Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineer to support the evaluation, certification, technical governance, safety, and production activities for Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance products and suppliers. The role provides technical leadership across engineering and certification, supports missile and fire-control technology strategy, manages product-evaluation activities, develops technical documentation, and leads technical reviews and trade studies. Candidates need significant engineering experience, leadership of complex technical processes, strong stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of system safety; Australian Defence security clearance eligibility and US Defence or ordnance development knowledge are also relevant.
