Alteva RCM is hiring a Senior Medical Biller to manage the full claims lifecycle, including surgical billing, CPT and ICD-10 coding, CMS, LCD, and NDC compliance, claim resolution, documentation review, audits, and EMR processing. The role requires 3–5 years of billing or related experience, commercial payer experience, and prior surgical billing experience; Epic EMR familiarity is preferred. The position offers an annual salary of $70,000 to $95,000 USD and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
