AstraZeneca is hiring a Senior Medical Director in Wilmington, Delaware, to lead medical strategy, evidence generation, scientific communications, external engagement, and field medical priorities across its US inhaled respiratory portfolio. The role reports to the Core Medical Team, partners with commercial, regulatory, clinical development, and other functions, and requires an MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD plus at least five years of relevant clinical, scientific, healthcare, or pharmaceutical experience. The position is hybrid, with three days per week onsite, and offers an annual base salary of $243,586.40 to $365,379.60 USD, plus potential bonuses, equity, retirement, leave, and medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits.
