Description

The Senior Medical Science Liaison, US Field Medical (Sr. MSL) at SpringWorks Therapeutics will manage a defined territory, establishing and maintaining scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and serving as a scientific expert to the medical community. This role involves developing and communicating scientific and medical insights, supporting clinical trials, leading various projects, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. The Sr. MSL will work independently and may mentor less-experienced MSLs, contributing to the overall medical strategy and plan.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Advanced Scientific degree or equivalent experience (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP strongly preferred or Advanced Practice Degree, NP, PA, RPh, or MSN/RN with oncology experience)
Required Previous Experiences: Minimum of 5 years MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Preferred Qualifications: Rare disease experience preferred, particularly in Oncology and/or Neurosciences
Expert level proficiency with business software including but not limited Veeva CRM or a comparable customer relations management tool, to Adobe Professional, and the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
Ability to understand, review, and communicate complex technical concepts and technologies
Working knowledge of the OIG compliance guidance for pharmaceutical manufacturers
Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment
