Description
The Credit Union Member Advisor serves as a consultant to members on deposits, loans, account transactions, product referrals, and member issues. The role processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan applications and closings, account maintenance, wire transfers, safe-deposit access, insurance and lending ancillary products, notary and signature-guarantee services, and other branch transactions. It also supports branch operations, member escalations, training and mentoring, community outreach, and travel to other branch locations, with Saturday work required.
