Description
Micron Technology is seeking a memory design engineer to contribute to the development of DRAM and emerging memory products and intellectual property. The role covers circuit design, layout, optimization, design validation, verification, reticle experiments, tape-out revisions, simulation, manufacturability, and reliability analysis. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in electronics engineering or a related field, at least three years of experience, and extensive knowledge of custom circuit design, analog design, verification, and layout, along with familiarity with scripting languages, memory architectures, and CAD tools.
