Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from conception through completion. The role leads design review, installation, commissioning, subcontractor and staff management, cost and schedule control, quality and safety compliance, and coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and inspectors. Candidates need at least 10 years of construction management experience focused on MEP systems, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English and Spanish; PE licensure and PMI certification are desirable.
