Description
The Senior MES Delivery Lead will lead MES implementation, deployment, scaling, and continuous improvement across SPS manufacturing sites globally. The role covers manufacturing process analysis, requirements engineering, workshop facilitation, solution evaluation, architecture collaboration, integration planning, testing, documentation, and stakeholder management. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technology discipline, at least 10 years of experience in MES, manufacturing systems, industrial digitalisation, or Smart Factory initiatives, and experience leading end-to-end MES implementation projects. The role may require international travel to manufacturing locations.
