Description
Bayer is hiring a Senior MES Software Engineer for its Digital Hub Warsaw to drive AI-powered and agentic software development within Manufacturing Execution Systems. The role combines Siemens OpCenter MES development, systems integration, cloud-native and DevOps engineering, application operations, and collaboration with manufacturing, product, data, and automation teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of software engineering experience, strong programming and AI-enabled development skills, and experience with MES, Siemens OpCenter, APIs, microservices, and regulated-environment systems. The position offers a minimum monthly gross compensation of 20,240 PLN, variable performance-based pay, and a hybrid work model.
