Description
The Semiconductor Process Engineer will develop, optimize, and maintain sputtering, evaporation, CVD, and RTA processes for metal and dielectric films; establish process windows, transfer processes to production, and support yield improvement and new product development. The role owns process and equipment reliability, troubleshoots issues, supports qualifications and preventive maintenance, characterizes thin films, applies SPC and DOE, develops process documentation, and supports technology transfers and technician training. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field and at least five years of semiconductor process engineering experience, including hands-on experience with the listed deposition and annealing systems and experience with GaAs, InP, or silicon wafers.
