Description
Button is hiring a Senior Microsoft Developer to lead the full lifecycle of a long-term government digital modernization program that replaces legacy regulatory systems with secure, interconnected Microsoft 365 solutions. The role involves defining business needs, assessing data and integration requirements, recommending technology patterns, designing and implementing scalable solutions, documenting work, transferring knowledge, and supporting production releases. Required experience includes at least 10 years in the Microsoft ecosystem, full solution lifecycle experience, relevant Power Platform and Microsoft Graph certifications, and five years each in specified Microsoft technologies and five years in Visual Studio and related development environments. The position offers full-time, hourly-term, or contractor employment with compensation of 50–110 per hour and remote work flexibility.
