The Midstream Optimization Engineer will identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to improve the performance, reliability, and value generation of BPX's midstream infrastructure across gas, oil, water, and produced-fluid systems. The role involves system optimization, reliability support, troubleshooting, data analytics, dashboards, commercial and joint-venture analysis, and continuous improvement, with field engagement and up to 25% travel. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 5–10 years of relevant oil and gas experience, and offers a hybrid office/remote work arrangement with a base salary of $150,000–$190,000.
