The role manages a local technical team, project delivery, permitting, scheduling, safety compliance, customer readiness, process integration, training, and handover, while serving as the primary liaison between the customer site and Pronto headquarters. Candidates need 15+ years of mining experience, 5–10 years of leadership experience, technology rollout experience, and a university degree in Mining Engineering. The position is on-site, follows mining rotations, requires travel of up to 75%, and pays $115,000–$135,000 per year with medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance among the benefits.
