Reflect Orbital is hiring a Senior Mission Operations Engineer to own the day-to-day operation of spacecraft and operational infrastructure. The role leads real-time telemetry monitoring, anomaly investigations, maneuvers, ground-station coordination, LEOP and commissioning campaigns, automation, operational procedures, and team mentoring, while participating in 24/7 rotating shifts. Candidates need a STEM bachelor's degree, at least five years of satellite mission operations experience, spacecraft systems knowledge, mission-control software proficiency, programming skills, Linux and DevOps familiarity, and strong communication and judgment.
