Description

BDO Digital is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Senior ML Engineer to join their Technology Advisory Services team. This role involves blending technical leadership with hands-on MLOps development, focusing on creating scalable, secure, and production-ready machine learning pipelines using Azure and Databricks. The successful candidate will also lead client engagements, ensuring ML initiatives align with business objectives.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data engineering, or DevOps, with a minimum of 3 years directly in MLOps or machine learning engineering.
Experience in deploying and maintaining machine learning solutions in production.
Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications such as Databricks Certified Professional or Microsoft Certified, e.g. Azure Solution Architect.
Strong knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks and libraries (transformers, trl, deepspeed, PyTorch), along with exposure to diverse ML techniques implemented at scale in production.
Consulting experience and individuals possessing strong communication and client management abilities.
