Faktion is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy production-ready machine learning models and pipelines in the cloud, lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, conduct client workshops, and support sales in securing new projects. The role requires a master's or PhD in a relevant quantitative field, at least five years of machine learning experience, proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
