Joom is hiring Senior Machine Learning Developers for its Search team and Order Experience team. The Search team will improve core search algorithms, query understanding, product relevance, and user experience, while the Order Experience team will develop AI/ML support for answering order-related questions and automating refunds. The role requires strong algorithmic and distributed-systems skills, industry experience in machine learning, and familiarity with modeling, training, experimentation, and production deployment. Preferred qualifications include recommendation or search systems, neural network training, and experience with Spark, Cassandra, MongoDB, and Kafka.
